Notes:
The Flame Angel is among the most popular dwarf angelfish, instantly recognisable by its vivid red-orange body with vertical black bars and electric blue fin edging. It thrives in mature reef aquariums with plenty of rockwork for grazing and hiding. While generally reef-safe, individuals may pick at corals, particularly fleshy LPS or clam mantles, so caution is advised. Best kept singly unless the aquarium is very large or a confirmed pair is available.
Why We Like It:
The Flame Angel combines stunning colour with active behaviour, making it a favourite centrepiece fish for reef aquariums. Hardy, adaptable, and full of personality, it brings both utility and brilliance to the tank.
